PAYMENT:

Credit cards of winning bidders will be charged the following week after auction closes (June 22nd – 26th). An email receipt will be issued at that time.

ONLINE BIDDING:

Registration is free, but your valid credit card number must be entered on the site prior to placing any bids.
You will use the URL sent to your email to log on and place bids on auction items. Use of this bidding software constitutes a contract to purchase that item if your bid is the final recognized bid.

To enter an auction bid, select the dollar amount you wish to bid on the package page and click “Place Bid”. If you are outbid, you can opt to have notifications sent to you via email or text.

Please carefully read the description and restrictions on each of the auction item pages as this is the final item description. Some packages contain items with specific event dates or dates of expiration. Please understand that due to the current situation, your auction “purchase” may become a “donation” if the event is cancelled or a business is closed.

Minimum bids are posted for each item, and required increments are in place. All bids are considered final and legally binding agreements to purchase the package at the amount bid.

The highest bid at the auction closing time (9:00pm PDT on Saturday, June 20, 2020) will constitute the winning bid.
